Delivery Process
Furniture orders are delivered by professional freight carriers. Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive tracking information and delivery scheduling details.

Important – Inspect Your Delivery

Please inspect your package at the time of delivery before signing the carrier’s receipt.

If you notice visible damage to the packaging or product:

• note the damage with the delivery driver

• take photos of the packaging and item

• contact us within 48 hours of delivery

This helps us resolve the issue quickly with the carrier.

Nookasa cannot accept responsibility for shipping damage that is not reported at the time of delivery.
