At Nookasa, every piece is handcrafted with care using natural materials and traditional artisan techniques.

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 12-month craftsmanship warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers structural defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

If a structural defect occurs within the warranty period, please contact us with photos and a description of the issue. After review, we will determine the appropriate solution, which may include repair, replacement, or another suitable resolution.

What Is Covered

• Structural defects in frames or construction
• Manufacturing defects in materials or joinery
• Faults resulting from craftsmanship

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Natural variations in wood grain, color, or texture
• Natural characteristics of rattan, teak, stone, or other organic materials
• Minor surface imperfections consistent with handcrafted production
• Damage caused by improper use, accidents, or neglect
• Normal wear and tear
• Damage caused during delivery that was not reported at the time of receipt

Because many Nookasa pieces are made using natural materials, each item is unique. Variations in tone, texture, and natural markings are considered part of the character of handcrafted furniture and are not regarded as defects.
