Damaged Items Policy


We take great care to package and ship each piece securely.

If your item arrives damaged:

  1. note the damage with the delivery carrier before signing

  2. take photos of the packaging and item

  3. contact us within 48 hours of delivery

Once verified, we will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and arrange a replacement or appropriate solution.

Damage claims reported after this time may not be eligible for coverage.
