Return Window

Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• the item must be unused

• in original condition

• in its original packaging

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Due to the size and weight of furniture items, return shipping may be significant.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

Approved furniture returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• made-to-order furniture

• custom or special orders

• items showing signs of use or damage after delivery
